How to reach the PyCon APAC 2023 venue

PyCon APAC 2023 is a four-day event that will take place at two venues. More details on the ticketing and the venues are shown below.

On the Development Sprints day, when you leave the venue at night, please be aware that there will be a Halloween Festival around Shibuya. As a result, many people will attend the festival, causing the traffic to become congested. Our staff can help you recommend less congested routes to Shibuya Station.

Participants can go to the conference hall by train or bus.

By Train
1. Take Automated train Yurikamome Line in Shimbashi Station, (新交通ゆりかもめ) (transit from JY29, JK24, JT02, JO18, G08, A10)
FROM U01 - Shimbashi Station 新橋駅
TO U12 - Ariake Station 有明駅 (4 mins walk)

2. Take Rinkai line りんかい線
FROM R08 - Ōsaki Station 大崎駅 (transit from JY24, JS17, JA08)
TO R03 - Kokusai-Tenjijō Station 国際展示場駅

By Bus：

FROM Haneda Airport (HND)

You can go to bus ticket counter for buying Limousine Bus ticket
To Direction / Area: Odaiba。Ariake direction (お台場・有明エリア 行き) (~ 30 mins travel time)
Destination: Sotetsu Grand Fresa Tokyo-Bay Ariake (JP name: 相鉄グランドフレッサ 東京ベイ有明) (~1mins walk)
