The event will be held over three days from Friday, August 21 to Sunday, August 23, 2026, at the International Conference Center Hiroshima, bringing together Python users from all across the country. PyCon JP is one of Japan's largest international community events dedicated to Python. It serves as a hub for people utilizing Python in a wide range of fields, including IT, education, research, AI, and regional digital transformation (DX). This conference is made possible through the generous support of companies that share our vision. We are officially opening sponsorship applications for 2026 starting today. About Sponsorship Plans
PyCon JP 2026 offers the following sponsorship packages:
Diamond (1 slot): 2,500,000 JPY
Platinum (3 slots): 1,500,000 JPY
Gold (20 slots): 700,000 JPY
Silver (unlimited slots): 150,000 JPY
Optional plans, such as Party or Lunch sponsorships, are also available for discussion. Please indicate your interest in the application form. For more details on each plan, please refer to the documents below:

Sponsorship Application Schedule
Round 1: Lottery-based Selection Period: Thursday, May 7 – Friday, May 22, 2026, 23:59 JST If applications exceed the available slots, sponsors will be selected via a lottery system. Please note that this is not first-come, first-served; you may submit your application anytime during this period.
Round 2: First-come, First-served Period: Saturday, May 23 – Tuesday, July 21, 2026, 23:59 JST Applications for tiers with remaining slots will be reviewed and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be advised that once a sponsorship is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
