チケットの発売

本日より、PyCon JP 2019 カンファレンスのチケットを発売します。
今年は以下の4種類です。

• 個人
• ビジネス
• 学生
• パトロン

こちらよりお申し込みいただけます。

2018年との違いについて

PyCon JP 2019では、個人Early Bird(早割)チケットがありません。
2018年はEarly Birdチケットが一日かからずに売り切れてしまい、公平を期すためです。

ビジネス枠について

会社経費でご参加される方のお申込み枠として、ビジネス枠を設けました。

パトロン枠について

公式サイトに名前(connpass表示名を予定)を載せることができるパトロン枠を設けました。
Pythonへの感謝や貢献をアピールできるチャンスです。

託児室について

今年も、全日程託児スペースを設ける予定です。
3ヶ月~小学生6年生までのお子様をお預かりできます。
託児室の利用にお代はかかりませんが、事前に申し込みが必要です。

遠方参加者の支援制度について

主に遠方参加者を対象に、交通費を全額、または一部をPyCon JPが負担する制度です。

支援制度の詳細

対象者

会場までのアクセスが経済的理由で困難な方(国内外不問)

支払額

5万円を上限とする交通費の全額(会場での精算)
※上限を超える場合は各自でご負担ください

募集人数

若干名(10名程度まで)
申し込み多数の場合、学生やより遠方に在住している方が優先されます。

支援のための提案例

• 現在学生であり、地方から参加する
• トークセッションまたはポスターセッションのスピーカーであり、遠方から参加する 
• 地方でPythonコミュニティの活動をしている
• 遠方参加であり、かつ、開発スプリントからカンファレンス2日目まで4日間とも出席する

注意点

• 宿泊費、 PyCon JP の参加費といった交通費以外の費用は支援対象外です。
• 高校生以下の方は親権者の承認が必要です。
• あらかじめPyCon JPの参加チケットを購入の上お申し込みください。

精算方法

• 領収書またはそれに準ずる往復の金額がわかるものをご用意ください。
• 引き替えに上限以内の該当額をお渡しいたします。詳細は個別にご連絡いたします。

There are four kinds of tickets:

• Business
• Student
• Patron

Difference between 2018 and 2019

Due to overwhelming demand last year, we will not offer early bird tickets this year.

About Business

If your employer pays for your ticket, please purchase a Business ticket.

About Patron

Patron can put a name (planning is connpass display name) on the official website.

Daycare

Childcare will be available, however you will have to register for it in advance. The registration form is currently being prepared.

Financial Aid

PyCon JP 2019 can provide up to 50,000 JPY of financial aid to attendees.

Details of financial aid

Eligibility

Attendees who are unable to attend PyCon JP due to travel expenses without financial aid.

Availability

If your financial aid request is accepted, we can support you with up to 50,000 JPY. You will be reimbursed at the conference itself.

Support

Unfortunately, we will only be able to provide finanical aid to ten attendees.

Deadline

Please apply by July 31st (Wed) JST

Notification of result

Finanical aid recipients will be contacted from August 1st.

Note

• We are not able to reimburse expenses other than travel costs, so hotel fees or registration fees are not covered.
• If you are younger than 18 years old, you must provide a letter of approval from your parents or legal guardian.
• Please buy a ticket for PyCon JP 2019 before apply to financial aid.

Reimbursement

Please bring a receipt of the travel costs to the reception desk at the conference. We will then reimburse your travel expenses up to 50,000 JPY. For further information, please contact us.
