PyCon JP 2025 will be held at the International Conference Center
Hiroshima (Hiroshima City) on Friday, September 26, and Saturday,
September 27, 2025. This page is primarily for announcing ticket sales
about the conference.
Ticket sales began on connpass from 3 AM on Thursday, July 14, 2025
(UTC).
This article describes the conference ticket for PyCon JP 2025. If
you are interested in attending, please read this page and the connpass
page carefully before purchasing your tickets.

Ticket Sale Start
Date
The Sales start date and time for tickets was July 14, 2025
(Thursday) at 3:00 AM (UTC).
You can purchase your tickets on the connpass event page from the
sales start date and time.
Ticket Types
Sprint:
- The page for applications for the Sprint (free) on September 28 will
open later.
Party Event:
- Personal, Early Bird, U25, Student, and Free Student ticket holders: Party tickets must be purchased separately through a separate connpass event.
- Patron and Business ticket holders: Party access is included. No additional purchase needed.
The available conference ticket types are as follows:
This ticket is intended for those who wish to support the event as a
patron sponsor.
As a benefit, we plan to display the names (or nicknames) and avatar
images of patron sponsors.
If you require a special type of receipt when participating as a
general attendee, please choose this ticket. Benefits are otherwise the
same as the Personal ticket.
Standard ticket for general attendees.
A limited number of discounted tickets for early purchasers. Benefits
are the same as the Personal ticket, except for the price.
A discounted ticket for individuals aged 25 or under, aimed at making
participation more accessible for younger generations.
Please bring valid documentation verifying that you are 25 or younger
as of the first day of the event (September 26).
This ticket is for students. Please bring valid documentation proving
that you are a student as of the first day of the event (September
26).

for students: NO CHARGE
Students may choose this ticket.
Tickets do not include any lunch, party entry or freebies.
You have to purchase other tickets if you want any lunch or
freebies.
Please bring a valid document that proves you are a student as of the
first day of the event (September 26).

For All Attendees
By purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have agreed to the

- Speakers, participants, and organizations applying for tickets must
affirm that they are not affiliated with any antisocial groups and will
not engage with them.
For Speakers
All speakers are kindly requested to purchase a ticket. We appreciate
your understanding that speaker discounts are not available.
In the event that tickets are sold out, we will provide an
alternative method for speakers to obtain tickets.
Sponsors are allowed entry for the number of attendees included in
their sponsorship package. If you need more tickets, please purchase
additional general admission tickets.

Payment
Payment Methods
Unless otherwise specified, payment can only be made by credit card
via PayPal.
If you do not have a credit card, please consider using prepaid VISA
options such as V-Preca or Kyash.
If you are a minor, please consider making payment through a
guardian.
Payment Errors
If a payment error occurs, please do not ignore
it.
Do not attempt to register twice. Instead, please contact us using
the inquiry form.
Cancellations and
Refunds
Due to the nature of the event, cancellations and refunds for
personal reasons, including illness, cannot be accepted. We thank you
for your understanding.
Receipts
Please use the receipt data issued by connpass as your official
receipt.
If you need a specific receipt format, please select the Business or
Patron ticket, and contact us through the inquiry form with your
requirements.
Travel
Grant Program for Long-Distance Attendees
There may be a support program provided by the PyCon JP Association
that covers travel and accommodation costs for attendees coming from
distant locations.
