募集スケジュール

1次募集は本日から開始します。今後の募集スケジュールは下記となります。

1次募集: 2021/5/31 - 6/11 23:59JST
設定枠以上の応募があった場合は、1次募集期間終了後に抽選でスポンサー企業を決定いたします。
(先着順では有りません。)

2次募集: 2021/6/15 - 開催1か月前まで
（PyCon JP 2021 スポンサーシップ2次募集開始のお知らせ）
2次募集は先着順にスポンサー企業を決定します。

3次募集：開催2週間前まで
※ただし、内容が制限される場合があるのでご希望の方は2次募集までに申し込みください。3次募集は途中で締め切る可能性があります。

フォーム内の注意事項・同意事項をよくご確認のうえ、申し込みをお願いします。

申込完了後、1次募集締切までは入力内容を編集できます(1次募集は先着順ではありません)。

なお、申し込み後、決定したスポンサーシップのキャンセルはできませんので、ご注意ください。

応募後の流れ

1次募集については、6月12日以降にスポンサー企業の決定を実施します。スポンサー企業確定後に、スタッフから企業の担当者の方にメールにてご連絡させて頂きます。
それ以降のやり取りについてはPyCon JPのSlackにてやり取りさせて頂く予定です。

We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting sponsorship applications for PyCon JP 2021.

Sponsorship package materials

Please refer to the following materials for details of sponsorship.

There is no change in the content from the pre-release version.

Application schedule

First application: 2021/May/31 - Jun/11 23:59 JST
If there are more applications than the set limit, sponsorship will be decided by lottery after the end of the first application period.(Not on a first-come, first-served basis)

Second application: 2021/Jun/15 - Up to one month before the event
（Notice of start of second application）
Sponsorship will be decided on a first-come, first-served basis for the second application.

Third application: Up to 2 weeks before the event
* However, the content may be limited, so if you wish, please apply by the second application period. The third application may be closed anytime before the end date or canceled.

Please read the notes and agreements in the form carefully before applying.
After completing the application, you can edit the input contents until the first application deadline (the first application is not on a first-come-first-served basis).

Please note that you cannot cancel the sponsorship you have decided after applying.

Flow after application

Regarding the first application, the sponsor company will be decided after June 12th. After the sponsor company is confirmed, our staff will contact your representative in charge by e-mail.
Subsequent communication will be exchanged on Slack of PyCon JP.
