本日より、PyCon JP 2018のパトロン、ビジネス、学生チケットおよび個人Early Bird(早割)チケットを発売します。こちらより申し込みいただけます。

Patron枠について
公式サイトに名前(connpass表示名を予定)を載せることができるパトロン枠を設けました。Pythonへの感謝や貢献をアピールできるチャンスです。託児室について
今年も、全日程託児スペースを設けております。3ヶ月~小学生6年生までのお子様をお預かりできます。
お代はかかりませんので、チケット購入と合わせてお申し込みください。
託児所の利用には事前に下記から申し込みが必要です。

例年は、チケットの販売時期と託児のご案内時期がずれることによりご不便をおかけしましたが、今年はより多くの方にご利用いただけるよう、このタイミングでのご案内となりました。
ライフステージにかかわらずご参加いただけるように。参加される方の可能性がより広がるように。

遠方参加者の支援制度について
主に遠方参加者を対象に、交通費を全額、または一部をPyCon JPが負担する制度です。対象者
会場までのアクセスが経済的理由で困難な方(国内外不問)支払額
5万円を上限とする交通費の全額(会場での精算)※上限を超える場合は各自でご負担ください
募集人数
若干名(5名程度まで)申し込み多数の場合、学生やより遠方に在住している方が優先されます。

精算方法
- 領収書またはそれに準ずる往復の金額がわかるものをご用意ください。
- 引き替えに上限以内の該当額をお渡しいたします。詳細は個別にご連絡いたします。
注意点
- 宿泊費、 PyCon JP の参加費といった交通費以外の費用は支援対象外です。
- 高校生以下の方は親権者の承認が必要です。
- あらかじめPyCon JPの参加チケットを購入の上お申し込みください。

Financial Aid
PyCon JP 2018 can provide up to 50,000 JPY of financial aid to attendees.Eligibility
Attendees who are unable to attend PyCon JP due to travel expenses without financial aid.Support
Unfortunately, we will only be able to provide finanical aid to five attendees.Availability
If your financial aid request is accepted, we can support you with up to 50,000 JPY. You will be reimbursed at the conference itself.Deadline

Reimbursement
Please bring a receipt of the travel costs to the reception desk at the conference. We will then reimburse your travel expenses up to 50,000 JPY. For further information, please contact us.Note
- We are not able to reimburse expenses other than travel costs, so hotel fees or registration fees are not covered.
- If you are younger than 18 years old, you must provide a letter of approval from your parents or legal guardian.
- Please buy a ticket for PyCon JP 2018 before apply to financial aid.
