皆さん、PyCon JP 2018までおよそ２ヶ月と迫りました。

さて、2日目のキーノートスピーカーが決定しましたので発表します。

PyCon JP 2018 2日目のキーノートスピーカーは,
磯 蘭水氏に決定しました。

なお、1日目のキーノートスピーカーは近いうちに発表予定。また、今年は1日目に招待講演もあります。こちらも近いうちに発表します。

I'm ds110 from the PyCon JP 2018 team.

I'm excited to announce our day two keynote speaker: Ransui Iso!

We will announce our day one keynote speaker shortly. Also, this year there will be some invited speakers on the first day. Those will be announce soon as well.

磯 蘭水 / Ransui Iso

Pythonは1998年より使い始め、今年で20年になります。これまで分散AIの研究、E-Commerceプラットフォーム、サーチエンジン、メディアサーバとメタデータ管理システム、ネット広告配信システム等、数多くのシステムをPythonを用いて開発してきました。また、趣味の分野においてもPythonは第一のプログラミング言語として活用しています。PyCon JPにおいては、これまで2011から2016まで6回登壇し「明日の仕事に役立たない」を標榜しつつ、Pythonの様々な側面を紹介してきました。現在はAmazon Web Servicesのエンタープライズサポートのエンジニアとしてお客様の技術的な課題解決のお手伝いをしており、ここでもPythonが活躍しています。

Ransui has been using Python 20 years since 1998. Among other things, he has researched and developed distributed AI systems, e-commerce platforms, search engines, media servers, metadata management systems and advertisement delivery systems using Python. Python is his go to language when coding in his free time. He has presented at Python conferences six times, beginning with a presentation titled "Useless for tomorrow's work" at PyCon Japan 2011. Currently he works as an enterprise support engineer for Amazon Web Services, helping customers solve technical problems.
