SaturdayHi Pythonista, I’m OJI from the PyCon APAC 2023 Media Team, and I am pleased to announce that the ticket sales page for PyCon APAC 2023 is now open! This year, we will sell tickets through a new platform called pretix, rather than connpass as in previous years.

Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, 2023-09-06 12:00 (JST).

How to Attend
PyCon APAC 2023 will be held completely on-site at the TOC Ariake Convention Hall. (some content will be distributed online on YoutubeLive).
Ticket Types
Patron Ticket
Patron tickets, which include conference and party tickets, are available for 40,000 JPY. We are also preparing other benefits such as having your name on the event page.
Conference Ticket
This ticket is required to attend the PyCon APAC 2023 conference at the TOC Ariake Convention Hall on Friday, October 27th, and Saturday, October 28th(Sat). This ticket includes breakfast, lunch, drinks during the conference, and goodies. T-shirts and towels will be distributed.
Business: 18,000 yen
Please purchase this if your employer is covering your ticket costs
Personal: 12,000 yen
Please purchase this if you are paying for the ticket yourself.
Early Bird: 9,000 yen (limited edition of 100)
Students: 2,000 yen
A valid student ID must be presented at conference registration.
Party Ticket
Tickets are required to attend the after-party on the evening of Saturday, October 28th.
Personal: 5,000 yen
Students: 2,000 yen
Tutorial Ticket (Release at a later)
Ticket required to attend the Tutorial held at TOC Ariake Convention Hall on Thursday, October 26th.
Personal: 2,000 yen
Students: 1,000 yen
Tutorials are hands-on workshops to learn about specific topics.
*Party and tutorial tickets can be selected after adding conference tickets to the cart on pretix.
*You can add these options after purchased from order confirmation email.
Ticket Receipt
We will replace your ticket receipt with one issued by pretix. If you need a receipt, please fill in the "Invoice information" field when you purchase your ticket.
However, if you purchased your ticket as a Patron or Business, we will respond to you separately if you specify a style. In this case, please contact pyconjp [ at ] pycon . jp.
Child care
Child care
Free child care will be provided by professional child care providers for children aged 3 months to 6th grade. Advanced registration is required, so we can provide an adequate service. If you wish to use child care, please check the box "Would you like childcare? / 託児を希望しますか? “. We will contact you for further details.
