先日トークの募集は終了しました。沢山の応募ありがとうございました。ここでは応募者から質問があったことや、応募後にミスしやすいこと等についてお知らせします。
トークの修正について
トークの募集を終了した後にトークの編集をした場合、トークの30分と45分の設定枠がない為にLTの5分に設定してしまうというケースがありました。
この度、トークの30分と45分の設定枠を公開状態に戻しますので、変更してしまった方は大変お手数ですがあたらめて自分が応募した枠に設定し直してください。
修正及び確認は以下のURLから行うことができます。

※ 〆切を過ぎたあとにトークの応募することも可能になってしまいますが応募してもレビューの対象外になるのでご注意ください。
※設定の変更は6月末日までにお願いします。カテゴリがトークの30分か45分に設定されたTalkが通常の発表の候補となります。レビュー作業にも影響しますので、早めに確認、修正お願いします。
トークの削除に関して
応募に利用しているpapercallが「Retract」(応募取り下げ)ボタンを押してしまいやすい画面構成になっている為、誤って「Retract」ボタンを押してしまうケースがありました。
応募したつもりでも気づかずに押してしまっている可能性もありますので、今一度ご確認をお願いします。もし、自身のSubmissionで「Resubmit Submission」というボタンが表示されている場合は応募を取り下げている状態です（画像1を参考）。「Resubmit Submission」をクリックし再度、プロポーザルを投稿をしてください。最後に画像2のように「Retraced Submission」（押さないように注意）というボタンが表示されていることを確認してください。無事に応募が完了した状態です。

※再投稿については、最初に投稿を作成した日が投稿日となりますのでレビューの対象となります。
※再投稿は6月の末日までにお願いします。7月以降で、応募を取り下げた状態となっているトークは発表の候補となりません。レビュー作業にも影響しますので、早めに確認、修正お願いします。
レビューワー募集終了のお知らせ

Talk call for proposals has ended. Thank you to everyone who submitted a proposal. As there were some questions about our talk submission process, we will try to answer these here.
About revising your proposal
If you revised your proposal after the talk submission period ended on June 15th, the type of talk was changed from "30 Minutes" or "45 Minutes" to "Lightning Talk", as the former were no longer available for submission.We will re-enable the talk formats on papercall, so if you your submission got altered by the system, please set it to the correct value again.

About retracting your proposal
There may have been cases where people retracted their proposal by accident as some of the screens on papercall may be confusing. Please check your talk submissions athttps://www.papercall.io/submissions
, if you see a button labelled "Resubmit Submission" next to a proposal that you did not intend to retract, please click that button to re-submit the talk.

※ The original submission date will be used to confirm the proposal was submitted before the deadline.
※ Please confirm your submission is correct by the end of June as it affects our review process. If your proposal is still retracted by July we have to assume you retracted it on purpose.
