Hello! My name is Azuma, a member of publicity team in PyCon JP 2022.
We are pleased to inform you about the sponsorship packages available at PyCon JP 2022 .
We are planning to start accepting sponsorships next week, details on how to apply will be
announced in another blog post.
PyCon JP 2022 is scheduled to be held at TOC Ariake Convention Hall, in-person.
However, we will continue to monitor the latest information regarding COVID-19 and
as a result our plans are subject to change to ensure a safe event.
The schedule of the event may change depending on the infection situation.

The document is subject to change until we will announce our final version
in next week's blog post, though we do not expect any major changes.
Sponsorship schedule
1st application schedule: May 30th (Mon) — June 10th (Fri) 23:59 JST
* If applications for a sponsorship slot exceed the limit of sponsors for that slot,
the sponsor will be chosen randomly via lottery, rather than first-come, first-serve.
2nd application schedule: June 14th (Tue) until one month before the event.
In this second period, sponsorship slots will be first-come, first-serve.
The application form will be published on the official PyCon JP blog.
Please note that the sponsorship applications cannot be retracted.
