We are currently conducting the second phase of sponsorship recruitment, which will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are looking for sponsors for PyCon APAC 2023.
We look forward to receiving applications from companies that want to appeal to the Japanese and international Python community.!
PyCon APAC 2023 is expected to attract more guests from overseas brining our estimation to 1000 attendees.
In anticipation, we plan to vastly expand the event venue by increasing the number of floors that can be used.
Every year, the Gold and higher tiers of sponsorship sell out quickly, therefore, we recommend early applications to avoid disappointment.

Application Schedule
We’ve done the first phase of sponsorship recruitment.
First application period: May 18th 2023 - Wednesday, June 14, 2023 23:59 AoE (June 15 20:59 JST)
If the number of applications for a given sponsorship level exceeds the limit of sponsors for that
level, the sponsor will be decided by lottery during the first application period, not on a first-come,
first-served basis.
Second application period: June 15th, 2023 (Thursday) 00:00 AoE (June 15th 21:00 JST) - 1 month before the event
Sponsors will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis during this period.
